The Winter Feeding Intensive: A Week That Fits Into Real Life

If you're a parent of a child with feeding challenges, you already know the math doesn't always work. Weekly therapy is powerful — but it's slow by design, and some families need a bigger push at the right moment. That's exactly why we built the Green Light Winter Feeding Intensive.
5 Days. 1 Week of Focused Progress.
Traditional feeding therapy meets once a week, sometimes twice. It works — steadily, session by session. But for some kids, "steady" isn't enough. They need momentum.
The Winter Feeding Intensive gives your child the opportunity to build feeding skills through consistent, concentrated practice during winter break — combining feeding and oral-motor therapy with functional meal practice, so your child can immediately apply new skills in a real eating experience.
Throughout the week, your child also benefits from individualized food planning, ongoing progress tracking, goal-focused treatment, and final recommendations to carry progress forward after the intensive ends.
Why Winter Break Is the Perfect Window
Here's the part parents love most: the intensive is designed to fit into the calendar you already have.
No juggling early dismissals. No pulling your child out of class for therapy in the middle of the week. No trying to squeeze extra sessions in around homework and after-school activities. Winter break already carves out open days — the intensive simply fills them with focused, meaningful progress instead of letting the schedule gap go to waste.
That means:
No missed school days. Your child gets a full week of concentrated therapy without falling behind academically or socially.
No disrupted routines during the school year. The heavy lift happens during time your family already has set aside.
A natural "reset" moment. The holidays often bring feeding challenges into sharper focus — travel, family gatherings, and disrupted routines can make mealtimes harder. The intensive turns that same week into the solution instead of the struggle.
Momentum before you need it. Starting the new year with fresh skills means your child returns to school routines — packed lunches, cafeteria meals, snack time — with real progress already in place.
Is It Right for Your Child?
This intensive is designed for children who would benefit from concentrated, individualized support during winter break.
